【摘要】 住院医师"导师制"尚处于起步和探索阶段。研究通过问卷及访谈的方法,对内科规范化培训的住院医师"导师制"实践情况及存在问题进行调查。结果提示,导师对住院医师培训以临床知识为主,住院医师及其指导老师临床工作繁忙是影响"导师制"培训效果的主要因素,而学习内容及目标不明确是影响培训效果的另一重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Residents’ tutorial system is still in its infancy and exploration stage. This study investigates the practice and existing problems of "tutorial system" for resident physicians in standardized medical training by means of questionnaires and interviews. The results suggest that clinical knowledge is the main factor in resident training. The busy clinical work of resident doctors and their instructors is the main factor affecting the training effect of "tutorial system", while the unclear learning content and objectives are another important factor affecting the training effect.更多还原
