【摘要】 通过对浙江西南部21家二级医院419名护士的护理研究技能、科研业绩及培训状况问卷调查,发现护士科研技能自评总评(24.568±2.683)分,无论在科研设计技能及论文撰写技能均处于较差及以下水平,且一定程度上受到职称、学历等因素影响。临床护士参加科研培训率低(<30%),主持及参与项目及正式发表论文率均低于10%,在院外培训及主持科研项目上,二级医院明显低于三级医院(P<0.01)。研究提出了重点加强文献检索、研究对照组选择、护理研究干预设计、SPSS统计和参考文献科学引用五大技能培训,同时积极实施"校企政行四联动"模型,推动基层医院护理科研水平提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through questionnaires on nursing research skills,research achievements and training of 419 nurses in 21 secondary hospitals in southwestern Zhejiang, it was found that the total score of self-assessment of nurses’ scientific research skills was(24.568+2.683).The skills of scientific research design and thesis writing were at a relatively poor level or below,and were affected to some extent by professional title,educational background and other factors.The rate of clinical nurses participating in scientific research training was low(< 30%).The rate of presiding over and participating in projects and officially publishing papers was less than 10%.In out-of-hospital training and presiding over scientific research projects,the rate of secondary hospitals was significantly lower than that of tertiary hospitals(P<0.01). The study put forward five skills training:literature retrieval, research control group selection, nursing research intervention design, SPSS statistics and reference literature science citation.At the same time, it actively implemented the "school-enterprise-government-line four-linkage" model to promote the level of nursing research in grass-roots hospitals.更多还原
