【摘要】 为考察鄂西土家族地区咸丰县、宣恩县和利川市中医院民族药及其临床应用情况,规范品种的应用,通过对医院药房的民族药材(饮片)品种进行样品收集、民族医生访谈、原植物标本采集鉴定、药材样品鉴定和资料整理分析,总结了第四批12种药材的名称、功效、中医院使用情况,纠正了某些品种文献记载及使用中的相关问题,明确了8种药材的基源,首次对"龙竹""野葡萄藤""边芥"药材的性状进行了观察记述.研究结果可为这些土家药在医院的规范使用和深入研究提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the ethnic medicines and their clinical applications in TCM hospitals at Xianfeng County, Xuan′en County and Lichuan City, Tujia Ethnic Minority Areas in western Hubei Province, and regulate their applications, the ethnic medicines(including decocting pieces) in the hospital pharmacies were investigated through sample collection, interview with ethnic physicians, identification of the original plant specimens and the crude medicines, and data analysis.The names, effectiveness and applications of the fourth batch of 12 Tujia medicines were summarized. The mistakes in the literature and application about some medicines were corrected, and the original plants of eight medicines were identified, and the macroscopic characteristics of certain medicines such as "longzhu", "yeputaoteng", "bianjie" were reported for the first time. The study can provide a reference for promoting the standard use and in-depth study of Tujia medicine in hospitals.更多还原
