植物胚败育相关基因研究进展
Advances in the Relative Genes of Plant Embryo Abortion
【摘要】 种胚败育在许多植物中普遍存在并一直是研究的热点,但种胚败育机制尚不明确。为探寻植物胚胎败育分子机制,对国内外植物胚败育相关基因的研究现状进行了综述,重点阐述了胚败育发生时期、胚败育发生原因、与育性相关的基因、与激素等相关的假单性结实基因及胚败育相关基因表达等方面的进展情况。然而目前植物胚胎发育的调控基因互作、协同机制尚不清楚,今后应运用多组学加大从基因调控到信号传导过程的深入研究,并对植物胚胎败育分子机制的研究进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Embryo abortion is common in many plants and has always been a hot spot in research, but the mechanism of seed embryo abortion is not yet clear. In order to explore the molecular mechanism of plant embryo abortion, the research progress on the relative genes of plant embryo abortion was reviewed, mainly focusing on the period and the cause of embryo abortion, the genes related to fertility, the pseudoparoxygenous genes related to hormones, and gene expressions related to embryo abortion. However, at present,the interaction and coordination mechanism of the regulatory genes in plant embryo development are not yet clear. Therefore, the authors propose strengthening in-depth study from gene regulation to signal conduction by using the multi-omics, and discuss the research prospect of the molecular mechanism of plant embryo abortion.
