甜菜种质资源品质性状鉴定与评价

【摘要】 旨在更加科学真实地评价甜菜种质资源的品质性状,有针对性地对种质资源优异品质性状进一步挖掘利用。引用甜菜块根蔗糖可回收率、杂质指数、可回收蔗糖量3个综合指标,排除甜菜块根中有害性非糖分钾、钠、α-氮的影响,对参试的162份甜菜种质资源2年试验鉴定结果的有关品质性状进行分析。结果表明:甜菜块根中影响蔗糖提取的有害性非糖分钾、钠、α-氮在不同的种质资源材料间差异较大,其中钠含量在参试种质资源材料中极差达到4.763 mmol/100 g,为平均数的1.84倍,变异系数34.43%;α-氮含量和钾含量在不同参试种质资源材料间也表现出较大差异,变异系数分别为16.90%和19.03%。通过对参试种质资源材料的评价,筛选出蔗糖含量高、有害性非糖分含量低的高糖组种质资源材料10份、中高糖组48份材料,2组平均蔗糖可回收率分别为15.88%和14.95%;筛选出杂质指数低于4.0、块根产量在45.00 t/hm~2以上的丰产型种质资源材料7份,杂质指数4.0~4.5、块根产量在45.00 t/hm~2以上丰产性较好的种质资源材料14份。甜菜块根中可回收蔗糖量指标综合了蔗糖可回收率和块根产量2个性状指标,利用该项指标评价种质资源材料,可以挖掘出丰产优质的种质资源。用可回收蔗糖量指标评价甜菜品种,筛选丰产、高工艺品质的品种,兼顾甜菜种植者和制糖企业双方利益,有利于甜菜制糖产业可持续发展。

【Abstract】 The aim is to evaluate the qualities of Beta vulgaris germplasms more authentically, so that the excellent quality traits of B. vulgaris germplasms can be further mined and applied pertinently. Three comprehensive indexes of B. vulgaris, sucrose recovery rate, indexes of impure components, sucrose recovery amount, were referenced in this study, so that the impact of impure and harmful components on the root tuber,the component of potassium, sodium and α-N, could be eliminated. The quality traits of 162 germplasm accessions of B. vulgaris germplasms were investigated for two years. According to the data of quality traits of the 162 germplasms, the content of harmful, non-sucrose impure components in B. vulgaris root, including potassium, sodium and α-N, which interfere sucrose extraction and recovery, diverged significantly among different germplasm accessions. The index of sodium content diverged most greatly among the tested accessions, with a range(R) up to 4.763 mmol/100 g, which was 1.84 times of the average sodium content, and the coefficient of variation(CV) reached 34.43%. Indexes of α-N content and potassium content also exhibited significant difference among the tested accessions, with the CV of 16.90% and 19.03% respectively. Via evaluation data, two groups of B. vulgaris accessions were selected. One group were made up of 10 accessions which had higher sucrose content and lower harmful components, and was named as a‘high sucrose group’,with an average sucrose recovery rate of 15.88% within the group. The other group was made up of 48 accessions which had considerable sucrose content and lower harmful components, and was named as a‘moderate-high sucrose group’, with an average sucrose recovery rate of 14.95% within the group. Meanwhile,7 accessions of high yield type were selected with an impurity index of no more than 4.0 and a root yield no less than 45.00 t/hm~2, and 14 accessions of moderate high yield type were selected with an impurity index between4.0-4.5 and a root yield no less than 45.00 t/hm~2. The sucrose recovery amount index of B. vulgaris root in this study is a comprehensive index, combining both the sucrose recovery rate index and the productivity of root index, and is a promising index to evaluate the quality of B. vulgaris germplasms to find out high yield, high quality accessions. The sucrose recovery amount index can be applied in B. vulgaris germplasm evaluation, and help to select varieties with both high yield and high process qualities. Its application can give consideration to both the benefit of B. vulgaris farmers and the profit of sugar manufactured enterprises, thus to facilitate the sustainable development of beet sugar manufacture industry.
