相同浓度PEG对不同甜菜种子萌发的影响
The Same Concentration of PEG:Effects on the Germination of Different Sugar Beet Seeds
【摘要】 为了研究相同浓度PEG-6000在常温23℃时对不同甜菜种子萌发的影响,为种子引发研究奠定基础,本研究采用浓度为40%的PEG-6000分别对甜菜种子TD701(2017年)、TD703(2016年)、TD801(2015年)、TD301(2014年)进行处理,浸泡时间为24、48、72 h,对发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数进行测定。结果显示,处理24 h时,萌发效果较好的材料为TD701(2017年)和TD801(2015年)。处理48 h时,萌发效果较好的材料为TD701(2017年)和TD703(2016年)。处理72 h时,TD701(2017年)、TD703(2016年)和TD801(2015年)的萌发效果较好。综合比对,24 h处理后的TD801(2015年)的发芽势最高,24 h处理后的TD801(2015年)的发芽率最高,48 h处理后的TD703(2016年)的发芽指数最高,48 h处理后的TD703(2016年)的活力指数最高。结果表明处理时间不同,种子贮藏年限不同对甜菜种子的萌发效果有影响。
【Abstract】 To research the effect of the same concentration of PEG-6000 on different sugar beet seeds germination at 23℃, and lay the foundation for sugar beet seeds initiation, the 40% PEG-6000 was used to treat beet seeds of TD701(2017), TD703(2016), TD801(2015) and TD301(2014). The soaking time was 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. The germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index were measured. The results showed that TD701(2017) and TD801(2015) had better germination effect under 24 h treatment.TD701(2017) and TD703(2016) had better germination effect under 48 h treatment. TD701(2017), TD703(2016) and TD801(2015) had better germination effect under 72 h treatment. The comprehensive comparison showed that the germination potential of TD801(2015) was the highest under 40% PEG-6000 for 24 h. The germination rate of TD801(2015) was the highest under 40% PEG-6000 for 24 h. The germination index of TD703(2016) was the highest under 40% PEG-6000 for 48 h. The vigor index of TD703(2016) was the highest under 40% PEG-6000 for 48 h. The results indicate that the germination effect of sugar beet seeds is affected by different treatment time and the different storage years.
