绒毛白蜡组培快繁研究

【摘要】 为探索建立绒毛白蜡组织培养快速繁育体系,本研究以绒毛白蜡带芽茎段为材料,探讨了基本培养基、植物生长调节剂浓度及配比对绒毛白蜡组培快繁效果的影响。结果表明,MS、DKW均可作为绒毛白蜡繁殖的基本培养基,最佳增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L TDZ+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA,平均增殖系数达7.1,最佳壮苗培养基为MS+0.1 mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L TDZ+0.01 mg/L NAA,平均苗高达7.15 cm。

【Abstract】 The paper aims to establish a rapid breeding system of Fraxinus velutina. Taking the stem segment with axillary buds as materials, we explored the effects of basic medium, plant growth regulator concentrations and ratios on the rapid propagation for tissue culture of Fraxinus velutina. The results showed that: MS and DKW could both be used as the basic medium for the tissue culture of Fraxinus velutina; the best multiplication culture medium was MS+0.5 mg/L TDZ+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA with the average coefficient of multiplication of 7.1, and the optimal seedling medium was MS+0.1 mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L TDZ+0.01 mg/L NAA and the average seedling height was 7.15 cm.
