桃蚜与萝卜蚜交互为害对寄主氮营养及蚜虫种间竞争的调节
Mutual Damages Mediate Host Nitrogen Nutrition and Interspecific Competition Between Myzus persicae and Lipaphi erysimi
【摘要】 桃蚜和萝卜蚜是十字花科蔬菜的主要害虫,常在同种蔬菜作物上混合发生。为深入了解两者的种间互作关系和潜在的竞争机制,研究2种蚜虫分别为害后,对寄主甘蓝的氮素营养以及后取食的异种蚜虫的生命特性和种群数量变动的调节作用。结果表明:桃蚜为害的甘蓝植株,可显著降低在被害叶上后取食的萝卜蚜的种群数量、种群净生殖率和生物量增长率,也可显著降低在系统叶上的净生殖率;而萝卜蚜取食为害,仅可使被害叶上桃蚜种群净生殖率降低。桃蚜为害后,甘蓝叶片的谷氨酸含量显著上升,异亮氨酸含量显著降低;而萝卜蚜为害后的蛋氨酸含量显著升高。由此可见,桃蚜危害介导的甘蓝体内游离氨基酸含量的变化可能抑制了萝卜蚜的生长发育,多食性的桃蚜比寡食性的萝卜蚜也许具有更高的进化发育适应性。
【Abstract】 Myzus persicae and Lipaphi erysimi are the main insect pests of cruciferous vegetables, and often occur on the same vegetable crop. In order to understand the interspecific interaction and potential competition mechanism of the two species, the mutual damages mediating host nitrogen nutrition and the life characteristics and population quantity of the two aphid species are studied. The results showed that the cabbage plantdamaged by M. persicae could significantly reduce the population quantity, population net reproductive rate,biomass growth rate of L. erysimi on the damaged leaves, as well as the net reproductive rate on the systemicleaves. The net reproductive rate of M. persicae infested on cabbage leaves damaged by L. erysimi was lowered.The content of glutamic acid increased and isoleucine content decreased significantly in cabbage leaves after M. persicae damage, while methionine content increased significantly after L. erysimi damage. The resultssuggest that the changes of amino acids content mediated by M. persicae damage to cabbage plant could inhibitthe growth and development of L. erysimi. Polyphagous M. persicae might have higher evolutionary developmental fitness than oligophagous L. erysimi.
