【摘要】 对接新时代国家乡村振兴发展战略,民族贫困地区的可持续旅游扶贫尤显重要。民族地区旅游扶贫中的居民参与、旅游产品、环境支持、景区运营、基础设施、规划开发六大非持续化影响因子共同导致了民族地区旅游扶贫可持续发展困境:居民参与意愿不高,获利较少;现有产品单一,同质化现象严重;旅游开发层次低,游乐项目欠丰富;专项对口项目少,工程资金缺口多;发展结构不合理,开发管理水平不足;景区位置独立性差,基础设施待完善;市场定位不精,营销意识淡薄。在用鱼刺图表征其非持续化发生机制的基础上,从资源、经济、社会和技术系统的角度,提炼了以资源要素系统为吸引力、经济要素系统为动力、社会要素系统为提升力、技术要素系统为催化力的旅游扶贫可持续发展REST驱动机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Connecting with the strategy of national rural rejuvenation and development in the new era, the sustainable tourism poverty alleviation in ethnic poor areas is particularly important. The six non-sustainable influencing factors of tourism poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas have led to the dilemma of sustainable development of tourism poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas: the residents’ willingness to participate in poverty alleviation is not high and the profits are less; the existing products are single and the phenomenon of homogeneity is serious; the tourism development level is low and the amusement projects are not rich; the special counterpart projects are few and the project fund gap is large; the development structure is unreasonable and the development management level is insufficient; the location of scenic spots is poor and the infrastructure is weak; the market is not well positioned and the marketing consciousness is weak. From the perspective of resource, economic, social and technological system, the REST-driven mechanism of tourism poverty alleviation and sustainable development is refined based on the characterization of its unsustainable mechanism by fish spines.更多还原
