食品中滑石粉含量测定样品前处理方法的改进
Improvement of sample pretreatment method for determination of talc powder content in food
【摘要】 对国标GB 5009.269—2016《食品中滑石粉的测定》火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)法中试样前处理湿消解法作了改进,将原湿消解法中的二次消解改为一次消解,并修改了测定结果的计算公式,使称取样品更加简便易行。采用改进后的消解方法处理面粉样品,测定其滑石粉的含量并做了加标回收实验。结果表明,与国标前处理湿消解法相比,样品前处理所用的时间从约11 h减少至约6 h,实验所耗用的器材及试剂量更少,而样品的加标回收率为100.3%,表明本次改进是可行的。此外,这种改进方法也可直接用于食品样品中滑石粉含量测定的微波消解方法。
【Abstract】 The method of wet digestion for sample pretreatment in flame atomic absorption spectrometry of the national standard GB 5009.269—2016 "Determination of talc powder in food" was improved in this study, in which the two digestion processes of the sample in the original method was reduced to one and the calculation formula of the determination result was changed to make it easy to weigh sample. The flour samples were treated by the improved wet digestion method, and the content of talc powder was determined. Compared with the national method, the pretreatment time reduced from 11 h to 6 h, the equipment and test dosage was less, and the standard recovery rate of the sample was 100.3%, indicating that the improvement was feasible. In addition, the improved method could also be directly used in the microwave digestion method for the determination of talc powder content in food samples.
