温度对硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐复配水泥浆液流变特性影响试验研究
Experimental Study on the Influence of temperature on Rheological Behavior of Silicate-sulphoaluminate Composite Cement Grout
【摘要】 对硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系浆液随温度变化所表现出来的凝结变形特性与粘度时变特性进行了研究,同时结合SEM和XRD手段对不同温度、不同养护龄期下的水泥石微观特性进行分析。结果表明,温度对复配水泥浆液复合粘度影响较大。温度越高,复合粘度增速越快。不同复配比例下浆液的粘度时变模式呈现上凸形、"S"型和反"L"型变化趋势。复配水泥浆液固化模式并不会随着温度的变化而变化,且固化模式各阶段时间会随着温度的降低而延长。
【Abstract】 Study the time-varying and condensation characteristics of the slurry viscosity of the silicate-sulphoaluminate cement mixture at different temperatures. At the same time,SEM and XRD were combined to make the cement stone under different temperature and curing age. The microscopic characteristics are analyzed. The results show that temperature has a great influence on the composite viscosity of composite cement slurry. The higher the temperature,the faster the composite viscosity. The viscosity variation patterns of slurry under different proportions showed a convex, " S" and reverse " L" trend. The curing mode of the composite cement slurry does not change with the temperature change,and the curing time varies with the decrease of temperature.
