【摘要】 血管周围脂肪组织(PVAT)指紧绕血管周围的脂肪组织。近年来的研究表明PVAT中不仅含有脂肪细胞,而且含有多种免疫细胞,功能上不仅具有支撑血管和储存能量的作用,而且具有活跃的内分泌功能,可分泌多种脂肪因子和细胞因子,调节血管和全身的免疫微环境。PVAT功能的异常与高血压、动脉粥样硬化等多种心血管疾病的发生发展关系密切。本文将对PVAT的组成、功能与疾病的关系等研究进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Perivascular adipose tissue( PVAT) refers to adipose tissue that surrounds blood vessels. Recent studies have shown that PVAT not only contains fat cells,but contains a variety of immune cells. PVAT not only has the function of supporting blood vessels and storing energy,but also has active endocrine function. It can secrete a variety of adipokines and cytokines as well as regulate the immune microenvironment of blood vessels and the whole body. The abnormality of PVAT function is closely related to the occurrence of various cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and atherosclerosis.
