【摘要】 胆囊癌约占胆囊恶性肿瘤的80%～95%,5年生存率仅5%,根本原因在于其发现晚、恶性程度高、进展快、转移早。深入了解胆囊癌种植与转移途径,深刻探讨CT、MRI对中晚期胆囊癌侵袭与转移的诊断价值,合理选择胆囊癌手术方案和综合治疗措施,积极预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后"意外胆囊癌"切口种植和转移,对于进一步提高胆囊癌的诊断水平和治疗效果具有重要意义。本文针对上述重要环节,简介胆囊癌转移与种植的防治现状,旨在进一步提高胆囊癌的长期治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gallbladder cancer accounts for about 80% ～ 95% of biliary tract cancers, while 5-year survival rate is only 5%. The fundamental reason is that it is found late, malignant high, rapid progress and early metastasis. It is of great significance to further improve the diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder cancer, by means of further understanding the pathways of implantation and metastasis of gallbladder cancer, exploring the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in the invasion and metastasis of advanced gallbladder cancer, rationally selecting the surgical procedures and comprehensive treatment measures for gallbladder cancer, and actively preventing the incision implantation and metastasis of "accidental gallbladder cancer" after laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation. In view of the above important links, the current status of prevention and treatment of metastasis and implantation of gallbladder cancer is briefly introduced, so as to further improve the long-term therapeutic effect of gallbladder cancer.更多还原
