【摘要】 目的研究磷酸化α-突触核蛋白(P-α-syn)在C57BL/6J小鼠边缘叶与大肠中的增龄性变化及其相关性。方法蛋白质免疫印迹法(Western印迹)检测P-α-syn在不同年龄段C57BL/6J小鼠边缘叶与大肠中的表达变化,分析其相关性。结果 P-α-syn表达量随小鼠年龄增加而增多,其中老年组与青年及中年组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大肠中的P-α-syn水平与边缘叶P-α-syn的水平有相关性。结论 C57BL/6J小鼠边缘叶与大肠中P-α-syn表达量随年龄的增加而增加,大脑边缘叶和大肠中P-α-syn表达变化呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the age-related changes of phosphorylated α-synuclein(P-α-syn) in limbic lobe(LOB) and large intestine of C57 BL/6 J mice and their correlation. Methods The expression of P-α-syn in LOB and large intestine of C57 BL/6 J mice at different ages was detected by Western blot and its correlation was analyzed.Results The expression of P-α-syn increased with the age of the mice and there were significant differences between the aged mice and the young and middle-aged mice(P<0.01). The level of P-α-syn in the large intestine correlated with the level of LOB. Conclusions The expression of P-α-syn in LOB and large intestine of C57 BL/6 J mice increases with age. There is a positive correlation between the expression of P-α-syn in LOB and large intestine of mice.更多还原
