【摘要】 肺癌的治疗方法主要包括外科手术、消融治疗、化学治疗、放射治疗以及分子靶向治疗等。目前传统的外科手术仍被认作治疗的首选方式。随着微创理念的深入,消融治疗作为微创术式应运而生。其中冷冻消融治疗肿瘤的安全性及有效性已被证实,其对病灶周围正常组织损伤小,并发症发生率低,对患者影响较小。该文对肺癌的传统外科手术治疗及氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗肺癌的现状及两种治疗方式对比作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The therapies for lung cancer mainly include surgery, ablation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and molecular targeted therapy, etc. At present, the traditional surgery is still regarded as the first choice treatment. With the widespread of minimally invasive concept, ablation emerges at the historic moment. The safety and efficiency of cryoablation on the treatment of tumor has been proved, which has less damage to normal tissues and lower incidence of complications. The current surgical treatment of lung cancer and the treatment for lung cancer with argon-helium cryoablation will be reviewed in this article.更多还原
