【Abstract】 Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors for women nowdays. With the development of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, the mortality rate of breast cancer dropped dramatically. However, the treatment of breast cancer is often accompanied with the changes in serum lipid levels which may affect the prognosis of breast cancer and increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases in the long-term. In recent years, many studies have shown that chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy are related to changes in serum lipid levels in breast cancer patients. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand and eliminate the adverse effects caused by these treatments.
