纤维微表处路用性能的影响因素

【摘要】 为了研究高寒高海拔环境下纤维类型及用量、改性乳化沥青类型对微表处路用性能的影响,采用3种乳化沥青和4种纤维制备纤维微表处混合料,并对其抗磨耗性能、抗水损性能、抗轮辙变形性能及低温抗裂性能进行试验研究。结果表明:掺量在0.1%~0.3%范围内时,纤维掺量越大低温抗裂性能越好;微表处中加入聚丙烯纤维或玄武岩纤维,其综合路用性能表现最优;SBS/SBR复合改性乳化沥青综合了SBS和SBR改性乳化沥青的优势。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of type and dosage of the fibre and the type of modified emulsified asphalt on the pavement performance of micro-surfacing in high-altitude and cold environment,three kinds of emulsified asphalt and four kinds of fibres were used to prepare fibre micro-surfacing mixture,and its anti-wear performance,water resistance performance,rutting deformation resistance performance and low temperature crack resistance performance were tested.The results show that in the range of 0.1%-0.3% of the mixing amount,the higher the fibre content is,the better the low temperature crack resistance is.The comprehensive pavement performance of micro-surfacing can be optimized by adding polypropylene fibre or basalt fibre.Besides,SBS/SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt synthesizes the advantages of SBS and SBR modified emulsified asphalt.
