1,000 L/h氢液化装置工艺流程分析及优化
Process Analysis and Optimization of 1,000 L/h Hydrogen Liquefaction System
【摘要】 针对前期设计完成的液氮预冷和氦气透平膨胀制冷(带预冷的Claude氢液化循环)的1,000 L/h氢液化装置工艺流程,本文采用Aspen Hysys软件对流程开展了详细的模拟计算和分析,并采用遗传算法以单位能耗为目标函数对该系统主要参数进行多参数优化。研究表明,优化后系统的单位能耗为0.9222 kWh/Nm~3,较优化前降低了1.63%,■效率为0.3678,较优化前■效率提高了3.26%。
【Abstract】 For the preliminary design of 1,000 L/h hydrogen liquefaction process adopted liquid nitrogen precooling and helium gas turbine expansion refrigeration(so-called the precooled Claude hydrogen liquefaction cycle), the detailed simulating calculation and analysis of the process are carried out by using Aspen Hysys. The genetic algorithms are selected in the present paper for the multi-parameter optimization by considering the unit energy consumption as the objective function of the system. The research shows that the unit energy consumption of the optimized system is 0.9222 kWh/Nm~3, which is 1.63% lower than that prior to the process optimization, and the helium efficiency is 0.3678, which is 3.26% higher than that prior to the process optimization.
