低温氧化对煤泥可浮性的影响机理

【摘要】 煤泥储运过程中会发生不同程度的氧化,表面性质及可浮性受到很大影响。为明晰表面氧化对煤泥可浮性的影响及其作用机制,试验采用诱导时间及黏附动力学作为主要测试手段,探索低温氧化对煤泥可浮性的影响,并系统分析低温氧化前后煤样官能团、接触角及表面自由能的变化规律,揭示可浮性恶化机理。结果表明:低温氧化后煤泥诱导时间增加,颗粒气泡黏附角减小;表面亲水性含氧官能团(C—O,C=O和COOH)数量增加,疏水性官能团(C—C/C—H)含量降低;表面自由能增加,接触角减小,因此煤泥可浮性降低。

【Abstract】 Different degrees of oxidation will occur during the storage and transportation of slime,and the surface properties and floatability will be greatly affected,in order to clarify the influence of surface oxidation on the floatability of coal slime and its mechanism.The experiment used induction time and adhesion kinetics as the main testing methods to explore the effect of low temperature oxidation on the floatability of coal slime,and systematically analyzed the changes of functional groups,contact angle and surface free energy of coal samples before and after low temperature oxidation.Reveal the mechanism of buoyancy deterioration.The results show that the coal slimming induction time increases and the particle bubble adhesion angle decreases after low temperature oxidation.The surface hydrophilic oxygen-containing functional groups(C—O,C=O and COOH)increases,the hydrophobic functional group(C—C/C—H)content decreases;the surface free energy increases,the contact angle decreases,and thus the slime floatability decreases.
