高功率回旋管高次模式输出窗的电磁和热分析
Electromagnetic and Thermal Analysis of High-Order Mode Output Windows
【摘要】 回旋管广泛地应用在等离子体加热、工业加热和材料处理等领域。本文提出了一种简单有效的输出窗设计方法,利用Fresnel定理和传输矩阵法推导出任意层介质任意阶模式下的反射系数和透射系数,适用于高阶模式高频率工作的多层回旋管输出窗设计和分析。以TE28,8模工作为例,设计分析了140GHz双层氧化铍输出窗,并与CST MWS设计结果进行比较以证实理论的合理性。此外,利用CST多物理场工作室对其进行了热分析,探讨该设计工程应用的可能性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a simple and efficient designing method for gyrotron high-power output window was proposed.Based on Fresnel theorem and transfer matrix method,the reflection and transmission coefficient of arbitrary layer of medium and arbitrary order of mode can be derived,which is suitable for multi-layer medium and high-order mode.As an example,a double-disk beryllia window for a 140 GHz,TE28,8-mode axis-output gyrotron oscillator was numerically designed and analyzed,and the design results were compared with those obtained by CST MWS for demonstrating the theoretical rationality.In addition,the thermal analysis of the window was carried out with CST MPHYS for discussing the engineering application possibility.
