【Abstract】 The concepts and the development of microwave power module(MPM)and millimeter wave power module(MMPM)are described,and the requirement and the development tendency of them are analyzed.Based on the applications of MPM/MMPM in airborne towed decoys,the demands for microwave photonic devices are illuminated.更多还原
