高功率回旋振荡管混合型辐射器的研究
Design of a Hybrid-Type High Power Gyrotron Launchers
【摘要】 研究了一种用于高功率回旋振荡管准光模式变换器系统的高效率混合型辐射器。基于基尔霍夫-惠更斯标量衍射积分原理,分析了辐射器中电磁波的传播过程及辐射器壁面形变所引起的波束预聚焦机理。从辐射器壁面场的数值计算出发,给出了不同模式的辐射器壁面扰动分布迭代优化的普适方法,同时给出了混合型辐射器的设计原理及方法。依据上述理论分析编写了计算程序,为一支工作频率为140GHz,工作模式为TE28.8,1MW长脉冲回旋振荡管设计了模式转换效率高达98.8%的混合型辐射器,数值计算结果与Surf3d软件仿真结果具有很好的一致性。
【Abstract】 A high efficiency hybrid-type launcher for quasi-optical mode converter in high power gyrotron was investigated.Based on Kirchhoff-Huygens integral equation,the propagation of EM wave in perturbed circular waveguides and the prebunching of the wave beams were analyzed in details.A generalized method for the design of hybrid-type launcher under iteratively optimization operated in different modes was presented.A program was developed for the design of a hybrid-type high power gyrotron launcher.As an example,a 140 GHz,TE28,8 mode hybrid-type launcher was designed and the calculated result was compared with that of the Surf3 dcodes simulation.
