【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development of a miniaturized traveling wave tube(mini-TWT)for bait-systems.The simulation and optimization design of each part are carried out.The output power of the mini-TWT is more than 40 Wduring the frequency range of 6～18 GHz,and the weight is less than 300 g.The technical indicators of the mini-TWT meet the needs of system applications.更多还原
