【摘要】 强直性脊柱炎的相关标志物研究相当广泛,有诊断性标志物、疾病活动性标志物、炎症性肠病风险标志物、骨转换标志物及非甾体类抗炎药疗效标志物等。强直性脊柱炎相关标志物对其诊断治疗及防治并发症具有重大意义,探索基因组学及蛋白组学诊断强直性脊柱炎及研究联合标志物精确诊治强直性脊柱炎是今后的主要研究方向。本文对强直性脊柱炎的相关标志物研究现状及未来发展趋势进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relevant biomarkers for ankylosing spondylitis have been extensively studied,including diagnostic biomark?ers,disease activity biomarkers,risk biomarkers of inflammatory bowel disease,bone turnover biomarkers,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug efficacy markers and so on.The biomarkers related to ankylosing spondylitis are of great significance for diag?nosis,treatment and complication prevention of ankylosing spondylitis.The exploration of genomics and proteomics in the diag?nosis of ankylosing spondylitis and the study of joint biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis are themain research directions in the future.In this paper,current status and future direction of study on the biomarkers related to an?kylosing spondylitis are reviewed to supply a reference to clinician.更多还原
