路面机械控制系统多功能试验平台设计
Design of multifunctional test platform for the control system of the road machine
【摘要】 采用Labview和FPGA技术设计并制作路面机械控制系统多功能试验平台,该平台以STM32为核心设计多种模拟信号、开关信号发生器,可提供多种电压、电流、脉冲、PWM信号、开关量信号等,开发人机交互界面,可显示采样曲线、频率、幅值、占比等参数,且可进行参数设定,可以面向不同产品的控制系统进行模拟测试。经试验,可以满足测试要求。
【Abstract】 The Labview virtual instrument and FPGA technologies are used to design and manufacture a multi-functional test platform for road machine control system. The platform is designed with a variety of analog signals and switching signal generator based on the STM32. It can provide a variety of voltage, current, pulse, PWM signals, switch signal, etc.. The human-computer interface has been developed to display the sampling curve, frequency, amplitude, proportion and other parameters, and the parameters can be set. Simulation test can be made for the control system for different objects. The test proved to meet the test requirements, and the platform has good application value.
