【摘要】 以不同类型贵州地方水稻品种为试验材料,分别在凯里和遵义2个不同地点种植,采用标准发芽试验测定收获种子的活力性状,比较不同地点、不同类型水稻种子活力的差异。结果表明, 1)不同类型水稻种子活力存在显著性差异,在相同地点下,水稻的种子发芽指数、活力指数均以籼型>粳型、粘型>糯型,籼粘型显著高于粳粘型、籼糯型和粳糯型。2)不同类型水稻种子活力在不同地点存在显著性差异,无论籼型、粳型,还是粘型和糯型,均表现为凯里>遵义;籼粘、粳粘、籼糯、粳糯4种类型水稻的种子发芽指数均以凯里显著高于遵义,籼粘、粳粘、籼糯的种子活力指数也以凯里显著高于遵义。3)不同类型水稻种子活力之间受环境的影响不同,其中种子活力受环境影响以籼稻>粳稻、粘稻>粳稻、籼粘>粳粘>籼糯>粳糯。不同类型水稻品种之间种子活力存在显著性差异及生产地点对水稻种子活力产生显著的影响,并且不同类型水稻种子活力受环境影响的程度不尽相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comparison of the vigor of rice seeds collected from different locations and different types can provide the basis for production of high vigor rice seed. Standard germination test was used to determine the seed vigor traits of harvested seeds,and the difference of seed vigor of different rice varieties in different places was compared.The results showed that(1) there were significant differences in seed vigor between different types of rice.Under the same location,the seed germination index and vigor index in Indica rice and sticky rice were higher than these in the Japonica rice and the waxy rice respectively,while both indexes in the Indica sticky rice were significantly higher than these in the Japonica sticky rice,the Indica waxy rice and Japonica waxy rice;(2) Seed vigor of different rice types showed significant differences in different locations.Whatever Indica or Japonica rice and sticky or waxy rice,all of which appeared the higher seed vigor in Kaili city than that in Zunyi city.The seed germination indices of indica glutinous rice,japonica glutinous rice,indica glutinous rice and indica glutinous rice were all significantly higher in Kaili than in Zunyi,and the seed vitality indices of indica glutinous rice, japonica glutinous rice and indica glutinous rice were also significantly higher in Kaili than in Zunyi.And seed germination indexes in Indica sticky rice,Japonica sticky rice,Indica waxy rice and Japonica waxy rice planted in Kaili city were much higher than those in rice planted in Zunyi city.Meanwhile, seed vitality indices of Indica sticky rice,Japonica sticky and Indica waxy rice planted in Kaili city were also higher than those in rice planted in Zunyi city;(3) The seed vigor of different types of rice was affected by different environment.There were the following rules in the differences of seed vigor produced by the environment as Indica rice>Japonica rice, sticky rice>Japonica rice, Indica sticky rice>Japonica sticky rice>Indica waxy rice>Japonica waxy rice.In brief,there were significant differences in seed vigor between different rice varieties and production sites had significant effects on seed vigor.Moreover,the seed vigor of different types of rice was affected by the environment to different degrees.更多还原
