臭氧对黄瓜种子发芽及活性成分的影响

【摘要】 为研究臭氧对蔬菜种子发芽的影响及影响的准确浓度,以黄瓜为研究对象,通过改变臭氧浓度来探明臭氧对蔬菜种子发芽及活性物质的影响。结果表明,10 mg·L-1、40 mg·L-1臭氧处理对黄瓜种子萌发有促进作用,种子的发芽率、CAT和淀粉酶的活性以及呼吸速率均有提高。40 mg·L-1臭氧处理效果最好。研究表明,低浓度臭氧处理促进蔬菜种子发芽,而高浓度臭氧处理明显抑制其发芽。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of ozone on vegetable seed germination and its exact concentration, the effect of ozone on vegetable seed germination and activity compositions was studied by changing ozone concentration in cucumber. The results showed that the germination of cucumber seeds treated with 10 mg·L-1 and 40 mg·L-1 ozone was promoted, and the germination rate, CAT and amylase activity and respiration rate of seeds were all increased. The best ozone treatment was 40 mg·L-1.The results showed that low concentration ozone treatment promoted the germination of vegetable seeds, while high concentration ozone treatment significantly inhibited the germination.
