【摘要】 五心穴是天津中医药大学第一附属医院武连仲教授的经验用穴,在临床上广泛运用。武老运用五心穴治疗失眠、癔病等神志病,更以"神"对人身的统御意义为基础,强调其对不同疾病患者的全身性调整作用。"水沟"、双"劳宫"、双"涌泉"分别位于人体头面部的中央、手心和脚心故名"五心穴"。其作用机制并不单纯局限于狭义的"神"本身。在针刺调畅气血的基础上,更进一步深化"神"与脑-心-血-肾-督轴的内部联系和相互作用,从而达到治神目的,恢复其导气的功能。通过阐释"神"、"治神"的意义,介绍五心穴在临床上的应用及五心穴的作用机制,强调"治神"在疾病中的重要地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wuxin points are widely used by Professor Wu Lianzhong who works in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Professor Wu uses them to treat insomnia,hysteria and other mental diseases. He emphasizes the importance of holistic adjustment based on ruling "Shen" for different diseases. Wuxin points refer to five points-point DU26( Ren zhong),point PC8( Lao gong)and point KI1( Yong quan), which are respectively located in the center of the face, palms and feet. Their mechanism is not simply limited to regulate the narrow sense of "Shen". They regulate Qi and blood on the basis on acupuncture,and regulate " Shen" by deepening the internal contact and interaction between " Shen" and brain, heart, blood, kidney and governor meridian. The purpose of this paper is to explain the meaning of "Shen", to introduce the clinical application and the mechanism of Wuxin points, and to emphasize the important role of "Shen" in the treatment of diseases.更多还原
