eRF3a/GSPT1在常见肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用
Mechanism of eRF3a/GSPT1 in tumor initiation and progression
【摘要】 真核肽链释放因子3(eRF3a)作为真核肽链释放因子中的一员,在多种生物学过程中起着重要作用,它由调节细胞周期G1到S期的转换1基因(GSPT1)编码。近年来的证据表明,eRF3a及其编码基因GSPT1的表达与多种常见肿瘤的发展密切相关。本文就eRF3a/GSPT1在这些常见恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中所起的作用作一综述。
【Abstract】 As a member of the eukaryotic peptide chain release factor family, e RF3 a plays an important role in a variety of biological processes. It is encoded by the G1 to S phase transition 1 gene(GSPT1). In recent years, increasing evidence has indicated that e RF3 a/GSPT1 is related to initiation and development of the common tumors. This paper is dedicated to depicting the roles of e RF3 a/GSPT1 in the tumor development.
