【摘要】 目的研究萎缩性舌炎患者外周血血液参数的异常和改变。方法检测44例萎缩性舌炎患者的血液参数水平,并与健康对照组的检测数据进行比对。结果萎缩性舌炎组红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积、血小板计数、血小板压积、淋巴细胞计数、嗜碱性粒细胞计数和嗜碱性粒细胞百分率显著降低,而红细胞平均体积、红细胞体积分布宽度、平均血红蛋白含量、平均血红蛋白浓度则显著增加(P<0.05)。结论萎缩性舌炎患者存在不同程度的血液缺乏改变,充分纠正血液缺乏对于萎缩性舌炎的治疗具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the research is to study the alterations in blood parameter levels of patients with atrophic glossitis. Methods Blood parameter levels of 44 patients with atrophic glossitis were measured and compared with those of the healthy control group. Results The levels of red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit, platelet count, plateletcrit, lymphocyte count, basophil count and basophil percentage decreased significantly in the atrophic glossitis group, while the levels of red blood cell volume distribution width, mean content of hemoglobin and mean concentration of hemoglobin increased markedly(P<0.05). Conclusion There are varying degrees of blood deficiency in patients with atrophic glossitis. It is important for the treatment of atrophic glossitis to correct the blood deficiency adequately.更多还原
