【摘要】 目的观察艾灸对心衰(心肾阳虚瘀水阻络证)水肿症状的临床护理干预效果。方法两组均给予心力衰竭常规治疗。对照组采用心力衰竭常规康复护理,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上加用艾灸护理进行干预。观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后的6min步行距离、左室射血分数(LVEF)、中医证候积分、日常生活能力(Barthel)指数及脚踝周径。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后6min步行距离、LVEF、中医证候积分水平脚踝周径及Barthel指数改善幅度显著优于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论心衰(心肾阳虚瘀水阻络证)在常规心力衰竭康复护理基础上加用艾灸干预可显著提升疗效,改善患者心功能水平,提升患者生活质量,极大缓解心衰病患者的水肿症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to observe clinical nursing intervention effect of moxibustion on edema symptoms of heart failure(syndrome of deficiency of heart and kidney yang and stagnation of blood stasis and collaterals). Methods both groups was treated with routine treatment of heart failure. Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation nursing for heart failure, while observation group with moxibustion nursing on the basis of the nursing scheme of control group. Observe clinical effects of two groups, including 6 minute walking distance, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), TCM syndrome scores, Barthel index and ankle circumference before and after treatment. Results total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Improvement of 6 minutes walking distance, LVEF, ankle circumference and Barthel index in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion moxibustion intervention can improve curative effect significantly, improve cardiac function level, improve life quality, greatly alleviate edema symptoms of heart failure patients(heart and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis obstructing collaterals syndrome) on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing.更多还原
