【摘要】 目的探讨认知行为护理对青光眼患者术后自护能力所产生的具体影响。方法选择74例在我院接受手术的青光眼患者,依据患者入院顺序的奇偶性将其交叉分为对照组与研究组,并分别予以两组患者常规护理与认知行为护理,观察两组患者的自护能力与护理满意度。结果研究组患者的自护技能评分、健康知识水平评分、自护责任感评分与综合评分均显著高于对照组患者;研究组中97.30%(36/37)患者对所接受护理措施表示满意,相较于对照组患者的护理满意率72.97%(27/36)更高,组间数据经统计检验得出差异显著(P<0.05)。结论于青光眼术后患者实施认知行为护理可显著提升其自护能力,患者满意度更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the specific effects of cognitive behavioral nursing on postoperative self-care ability of the patients with glaucoma. Methods 74 patients with glaucoma who were admitted to and treated with surgery in Ya’an People’s Hospital were selected for study. They were numbered based on their sequence of admission.Then they were divided into a control group and a study group according to their odd or even number. Routine nursing was adopted in the control group, while cognitive behavioral nursing was applied in the study group. The selfcare ability and nursing satisfaction of the patients in two groups were observed. Results The scores of self-care skills,health knowledge level, and self-care responsibility as well as comprehensive score of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The rate of satisfaction with nursing measures of the patients in the study group was 97.30%(36/37), while it was 72.97%(27/36) in the control group. The statistical test on the data of the two groups showed a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of cognitive behavioral nursing in the patients with glaucoma can significantly improve postoperative self-care ability of the patients and increase their satisfaction rate.更多还原
