【摘要】 目的研究细节护理在手术室护理中有何种应用效果。方法选择我院2017年7月至2018年11月收治的99例入我院治疗并接受手术的患者作为本次的研究对象,按照投掷硬币的方式将患者随机分为两组,观察组为50例患者,对照组为49例患者,对照组将给予基本的常规护理,观察组则给予手术室细节护理。对比两组患者的满意程度。结果观察组患者的满意度为96.00%,明显低于对照组的83.67%,此外,护理质量方面,观察组的评分也明显高于对照组,P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结论在手术室护理中采用细节护理,能够满足患者的需求,有效提高患者的满意程度,并且护理质量更好,值得应用与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of detailed nursing in operating room nursing. Methods Ninety-nine patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to November 2018 for treatment and surgery were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the way of coin tossing. The observation group was 50 patients and the control group was 49 patients. The control group was given basic routine nursing, while the observation group was given detailed nursing in the operating room. The satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(83.67%). In addition, the quality of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of detailed care in operating room care can meet the needs of patients, effectively improve patient satisfaction, and the quality of care is better, worthy of application and promotion.更多还原
