【Abstract】 Objective To conduct comparison between ICD-11 and ICD-10 and analysis, so as to enable most users to understand ICD-11 more deeply and provide more detailed and practical data support for data collection of scientific research and medical insurance settlement. Methods The differences in structure, chapter composition,content, coding composition, and coding style between ICD-11 and ICD-10 were researched by comparison and analysis. Results Compared with ICD-10, ICD-11 was more complete and accurate in coding and content and cover more diseases.
