【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法研究群体为我院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的60例高血压患者,且均符合此次研究的纳入标准以及排除标准,予以综合护理,并设为观察组。同期另外60例高血压患者则实施常规护理,为参照组,就两组患者的临床干预情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比。结果对两组患者遵医情况进行比较,观察组遵医率更高,数据之间有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者实施综合护理,能够有效提高患者的用药依从性,改善患者的血压水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on drug compliance in patients with hypertension. Methods The group consisted of 60 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. All of them met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. They were given comprehensive nursing and set up as the observation group. During the same period, another 60 patients with hypertension underwent routine nursing for the study reference group. The clinical intervention and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The compliance of the two groups of patients was compared. The compliance rate of the observation group was higher. There was significant difference between the data and statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with hypertension can effectively improve the patient’s medication compliance and blood pressure level of patients.更多还原
