【摘要】 目的研究降脂方治疗高脂血症(脾虚痰瘀型)的临床效果。方法纳入2018年3月至2018年8月我院收治的高脂血症患者60例参与本研究。随机分为血脂康组和降脂方组。降脂方组给予降脂方治疗。血脂康组给予血脂康胶囊治疗。同时两组均控制饮食,适量运动,戒烟限酒。判定两组中医疗效、西医疗效,观察不良反应。结果降脂方组西医疗效及中医疗效总有效率显著高于血脂康组。两组均未发生不良反应。结论降脂方治疗高脂血症(脾虚痰瘀型)的临床效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,降低血脂水平,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia(spleen deficiency type). Methods A total of 60 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into Xuezhikang group and Jiangzhifang group. The Jiangzhifang group was given the treatment of Jiangzhifang. Xuezhikang group was treated with Xuezhikang Capsule. At the same time, both groups control diet, moderate exercise, and quit smoking and alcohol. The medical effects and western medical effects were determined in the two groups, and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of medical efficacy and Chinese medical efficacy of Jiangzhifang group was significantly higher than that of Xuezhikang group. No adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion The clinical effect of Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia(spleen deficiency type) is significant, which can improve the clinical symptoms, lower blood lipid levels and safety.更多还原
