【摘要】 目的研究疏痹贴治疗气阴两虚、痰瘀阻络型冠心病的临床效果。方法将2017年10月至2018年9月长春中医药大学附属医院心病科门诊及住院患者60例以随机数字法划分两组,分别命名对照组、治疗组,每组30人。对照组应用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案之外还加用疏痹贴治疗。观察两组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。两组均无明显不良反应。结论疏痹贴治疗气阴两虚、痰瘀阻络型冠心病疗效确切,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of dredging paste in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency and phlegm obstruction coronary heart disease. Methods From October 2017 to September 2018, 60 outpatients and inpatients of the Department of Cardiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group, 30 in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with dredging paste in addition to the treatment plan of the control group. The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. There were no significant adverse reactions in either group. Conclusion The dredging paste is effective and safe in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency and phlegm obstruction coronary heart disease.更多还原
