【摘要】 目的研究异位妊娠大出血输血治疗不良反应的患者监测血凝指标对其不良反应的临床影响。方法我院选取2017年02月-2018年02月接受输血治疗的78例异位妊娠大出血患者,根据其不良反应发生情况,分为研究组(N=39)和常规组(N=39),将未发生不良反应的对象,定义为常规组,将发生不良反应的对象,定义为研究组。监测所有研究对象的凝血指标变化以及血常规指标变化。结果治疗前,两组血常规指标、凝血指标变化比较无差异,P>0.05;治疗后,研究组血常规指标变化,要低于常规组血常规指标变化,P<0.05;研究组凝血指标变化时间,要长于常规组,P<0.05。结论对异位妊娠大出血输血治疗患者的不良反应防治中,积极监测凝血指标,应用价值优异,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of hemagglutination index on adverse reactions in patients with adverse reactions of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage transfusion. Methods 78 patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage who underwent blood transfusion from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.According to the occurrence of adverse reactions, they were divided into study group(N=39) and routine group(N=39).An object in which no adverse reaction occurred was defined as a regular group, and an object in which an adverse reaction occurred was defined as a study group. Changes in coagulation parameters and changes in blood routine indicators were monitored for all subjects. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in blood routine index and blood coagulation index between the two groups, P>0.05. After treatment, the blood routine index of the study group was lower than that of the routine group, P<0.05; Time, longer than the regular group, P<0.05. Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions in patients with ectopic pregnancy and hemorrhage transfusion, the coagulation index is actively monitored, and the application value is excellent, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
