【摘要】 目的研究降脂方治疗高脂血症(脾虚痰瘀型)的整体治疗效果。方法纳入2018年3月至2018年8月我院收治的高脂血症患者60例参与本研究。随机分为血脂康组和降脂方组。降脂方组给予降脂方治疗。血脂康组给予血脂康胶囊治疗。同时两组饮食中控制热量摄入,保持营养均衡,坚持科学运动、戒烟限酒。观察两组中医疗效、西医疗效和血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、白介素-6(IL-6)、脂联素(APN)水平。结果降脂方组西医疗效及中医疗效总有效率显著高于血脂康组。降脂方组Hcy、IL-6、APN水平显著优于血脂康组。结论降脂方治疗脾虚痰瘀型高脂血症的疗效显著,可有效改善症状,遏制炎症水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the overall therapeutic effect of Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia(spleen deficiency type). Methods A total of 60 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. Randomly divided into Xuezhikang group and lipidlowering group. The Jiangzhifang group was given the treatment of Jiangzhifang. Xuezhikang group was treated with Xuezhikang Capsule. At the same time, the two groups of diets control calorie intake, maintain a balanced diet, adhere to scientific sports, stop smoking and limit alcohol. The medical efficacy, western medical efficacy, and serum homocysteine(Hcy), interleukin-6(IL-6), and adiponectin(APN) levels were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of medical efficacy and Chinese medical efficacy of Jiangzhifang group was significantly higher than that of Xuezhikang group. The levels of Hcy, IL-6 and APN in Jiangzhifang group were significantly better than those in Xuezhikang group. Conclusion Jiangzhi Decoction is effective in treating spleen deficiency and hyperlipidemia, which can effectively improve symptoms and curb inflammation.更多还原
