基于超声滚压加工的轴承内圈表层残余应力研究

【摘要】 为了研究超声滚压加工参数与轴承内圈表层残余应力之间的关系,建立有限元模型,分析内圈超声滚压加工过程中残余应力分布规律,并对轴承内圈进行超声滚压加工试验,通过单因素试验和正交试验相结合的方式,研究各个参数对轴承内圈表层残余应力的影响规律。结果表明,超声滚压加工技术可以实现轴承内圈塑性强化作用,提高其表层残余压应力,且超声滚压加工中的静压力参数对轴承内圈表层残余应力的分布影响最大,其次是主轴转速,影响最小的是横向进给量。

【Abstract】 In order to study the relationship between ultrasonic surface rolling process and the residual stress on the surface of bearing inner ring,the finite element model was established to analyze the distribution of residual stress in the ultrasonic surface rolling process of inner ring,and the experiment of ultrasonic surface rolling process for bearing inner ring was carried out,through the combination of single factor test and orthogonal test,the influence of each parameter on the residual stress in the inner ring surface of bearing is studied.The results show that the ultrasonic surface rolling process technology can realize the plastic strengthening of bearing inner ring and improve the residual compressive stress of its surface,and the static pressure parameters in ultrasonic surface rolling process have the greatest influence on the distribution of residual stress on the inner ring surface, followed by the spindle speed, and the transverse feed is the smallest.
