基于EtherCAT的磁悬浮电主轴通信系统设计
Design of EtherCAT Slave IO Module Based on FPGA
【摘要】 为满足磁悬浮电主轴快速且确定的通信需求,文章设计了一套通信周期很小的实时通信系统。为了保证系统实时性,通信系统采用EtherCAT实时以太网协议,在实时Linux系统RTAI上实现系统的主站,在FPGA上实现系统的从站。最后搭建了实验平台对设计的通信系统进行了功能验证和实时性能的测试。实验结果表明设计的通信系统能够正常处理EtherCAT协议,能正确地在主站与从站之间交换数据,能准确地获得磁悬浮电主轴的位置电流信号,并且具有优异的实时性能,最小通信周期可以达到20μs。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the fast and deterministic communication requirements of the magnetic levitation electric spindle, a real-time communication system with a small communication cycle was designed. In order to ensure the real-time performance of the system, the communication system adopts the real-time Ethernet protocol EtherCAT, and realizes the system master station on the real-time Linux system RTAI, and implements the system slave station on the FPGA. Finally, the experimental platform was built to test the function and real-time performance of the designed communication system. The experimental results show that the designed communication system can process the EtherCAT protocol normally. It can exchange data between the master station and the slave station correctly and can accurately obtain the position current signal of the magnetic levitation electric spindle. And the designed communication system has excellent real-time performance. The minimum communication cycle can reach 20μs.
