基于实例推理的机床产品实例检索及评价系统
Research on Case Retrieval and Evaluation System of the Machine Tool Product Based on CBR
【摘要】 为了高效的检索出满足客户需求的产品进行快速设计,研究开发有效的计算机辅助机床产品检索及评价系统,有利于厂家在市场竞争中取得优势。结合机床产品实例检索的实际,提出了模糊近似优先比方法对实例进行相似度度量,并利用加权平均法对实例进行综合评判。为使最后得到的实例具备最佳的综合性能,提出了基于灰色关联分析的相似实例评价方法。在所提出理论方法的基础上利用Matlab GUI开发了机床产品实例检索及评价系统。最后,以机床产品为对象进行了应用验证,实验结果表明使用该系统进行实例的检索及评价十分快捷、准确且有效。
【Abstract】 Research on case retrieval and evaluation system to retrieve the most suitable case to satisfy customer requirements rapidly and efficiently is of great significance for enterprise to achieve advantage in competition. It combines with practice of case retrieval of machine tool product, adopts fuzzy similarity priority ratio method to perform the cases similarity measurement and uses the weighted mean method to evaluate the similarity of cases comprehensively. Then in order to ensure that the final case has the best overall performance, an evaluation model of similar cases based on the gray correlation analysis is proposed to evaluate the similar cases to pick out the most suitable case. Furthermore, based on the proposed methods, a computer-aided system is developed by using MATLAB GUI to assist the machine tool product case retrieval and evaluation. The actual example and the result show that the proposed methodology is effective, rapid and accurate in the process of machine tool product case retrieval and evaluation.
