加工中心在机接触式检测传感器的标定
Sensor Calibration for On-machine Contact Inspection of Machining Center
【摘要】 针对当前应用于数控加工在机检测领域的接触式传感器标定效率低、成本高等问题,提出了一种面向加工中心在机检测的接触式传感器标定方法。该方法将数控加工与检测技术相结合,首先在分析加工中心在机接触式检测的基础上,通过建立传感器标定数学模型确定了标定参数;其次,通过对标准球的触测,基于最小二乘法拟合计算得到接触式测头的标定参数,最后通过标定实验和对标准件的接触式检测精度分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,可在机接触式检测提供一种新的传感器标定方法。
【Abstract】 Existing calibration modes of contact sensor currently used in the field of on-machine inspection of CNC machining is low efficiency and high in cost, so a calibration method of contact sensor for on-machine inspection of machining center is proposed, which combines CNC machining with inspection technology. Firstly, based on the analysis of on-machine contact inspection of machining center, the calibration parameter is determined by establishing the mathematical model of sensor calibration. Further, through the touch inspection of the standard ball, the calibration parameter of contact probe is calculated by using the least squares fitting. Finally, the proposed method’s feasibility and validity is showed by experiments of the sensor calibration and the contact inspection accuracy of standard part. It provides a new sensor calibration method for on-machine contact inspection.
