环下润滑角接触球轴承温升研究
Study on the Temperature Rise of Angular Contact Ball Bearings under Ring Lubrication
【摘要】 针对环下润滑角接触球轴承在工作状态下的温升特性进行了研究。通过计算轴承的生热,在分析软件ANSYS Workbench中对不同转速下轴承的温度进行数值模拟,并与试验法测得的轴承温度进行对比分析。研究结果表明,轴承的热源主要来自钢球自旋生热和差动滑动生热;供油温度对轴承的温度变化起主导作用;轴承的转速越大,生热越多,轴承的温度越高。数值模拟法与试验法得到的结果基本一致。
【Abstract】 The temperature rise characteristics of the contact ball bearing of ring lubrication under the working condition were studied. The temperature results of bearing are compared and analyzed which obtained by numerical simulation in the analysis software ANSYS Workbench as well as measured by the experimental method. The results of the study show that the heat source of the bearing mainly comes from the spin heating and sliding between balls and ring. Temperature of lubricating plays a leading role in the temperature change of bearings. The greater the rotational speed of bearing, the higher the temperature of bearing. The results obtained by numerical simulation method are basically consistent with that obtained by experimental.
