基于混合算法的车间设备布局优化
Optimization of Facility Layout Problem Based on Hybrid Algorithm
【摘要】 为减少车间设备之间物料的流动成本,借助运筹学软件WinQSB科学的确定车间设备的初始布局方案,以这些方案作为算法的初始种群中的部分染色体,分别应用两种混合算法,对算子进行改进,实现对案例的求解。将结果与原有的结果进行比较,比较显示两种混合算法在收敛速度、目标函数值等方面均优于原有的结果,形成了合理的设备布局。针对更大规模的布局问题,分别用两种混合算法和遗传算法求解,结果显示两种混合算法得出目标函数值相较于遗传算法有了显著的优化,说明混合算法的广泛适用性。
【Abstract】 To reduce the flow cost between the workshop facility,initial layout scheme of the facility is determined by operation research software WinQSB scientifically,and these schemes are used as partial chromosomes in initial population of algorithm. Two hybrid algorithms are applied to solve the case with improved operator. Comparing with the original results,it shows two hybrid algorithms are better than the original results in convergence speed and the target function,forming a reasonable facility layout. Two hybrid algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to solve problem with large-scale. Result shows that two hybrid algorithms have a greater optimization than genetic algorithm,which shows the wide applicability of the hybrid algorithm.
