10例粪菌移植治疗重度肠道急性移植物抗宿主病患者的护理
Nursing of 10 patients with severe gastrointestinal acute graft versus host disease treated with fecal microbiota transplantation
【摘要】 总结10例重度肠道急性移植物抗宿主病患者进行粪菌移植治疗的护理经验。治疗前做好风险评估,心理护理,用药护理;治疗中积极做好不良反应的应对;治疗后做好病情监测、感染预防及饮食护理,对提升粪菌移植治疗的效果、减少并发症等至关重要。住院期间,7例患者经有效治疗和护理后病情缓解;3例治疗效果一般,最终因肠道急性移植物抗宿主病进展死亡。
