人工耳蜗植入患者双耳聆听的相关研究进展

【摘要】 人工耳蜗植入被广泛应用于治疗助听器无效或效果不理想的双侧重度或极重度感音神经性耳聋患者。近年来随着人们对聆听质量要求的提高,患者常采用非植入侧佩戴助听器的双耳双模式(Binaural-Bimodal Fitting, BIM)或双侧人工耳蜗植入(Bilateral cochlear implantation, BCI)等方法以获得双耳聆听。同时对于单侧聋(Single-sided deafness, SSD)患者来说,人们也开始尝试为其植入人工耳蜗以达到双耳聆听的效果。本文在回顾近些年文献的基础上,对于双耳聆听的优势、单侧聋患者的人工耳蜗植入、双侧感音神经性耳聋的双耳双模式聆听以及双侧人工耳蜗植入的研究进展进行综述。

【Abstract】 Cochlear implantation has been widely used in the treatment of severe or profound sensorineural deafness. In recent years, as people’s demands for hearing quality increase, patients often adopt binaural-bimodal fitting(BIM) or bilateral cochlear implantation(BCI) to achieve binaural hearing. At the same time, for patients with single-sided deafness(SSD), cochlear implants have been aimed to achieve the effect of binaural hearing. On the basis of reviewing the literature in recent years, this paper reviews advantages of binaural hearing, cochlear implantation for single-sided deafness, and binaural-bimodal fitting or bilateral cochlear implantation for bilateral sensorineural hearing loss.
