基于变频控制器的高频摇振器控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 分析了高频摇振器的控制原理,用变频驱动代替伺服电动机完成对摇振器振幅的位置控制。采用S7-1200PLC作为核心控制器控制变频器与异步电动机达到控制精度,设计了基于变频器控制异步电机的摇振器工作系统。该系统包括硬件与软件的设计,并增加触摸面板便于控制系统的操作。实验和测试结果表明,该系统能快速可靠地完成控制要求,简捷实用。

【Abstract】 The control principle of high frequency vibrator was analyzed in this paper. In order to reduce the cost of the equipment in paper manufacturing industry and replace the servo motor to control the position of the vibrator amplitude,adopting S7-1200 PLC as the core controller to control the frequency converter and the asynchronous motor in order to realize accuracy control. A working system of vibrator based on asynchronous motor controlled by the frequency converter was designed,which included the hardware and software design,meanwhile adding touch panel contributed to the convenient control. The experiment results showed that this system could quickly and reliably achieve the requirements of the control and saved about 15% cost of the electrical equipment.
