【摘要】 目的:探究耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷在上消化道肿瘤术后的应用效果。方法:选取前期行常规干预的上消化道肿瘤手术患者51例作为对照组,另选取近期行耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷干预的51例作为观察组,对比两组不良反应发生率、疼痛改善率及康复指标。结果:观察组不良反应总发生率为2%,低于对照组的16%(P <0.05),观察组术后第6 d疼痛改善有效率为88%,高于对照组的63%(P <0.05),观察组术后排气时间为(33.17±11.24)h、排便时间为(46.21±5.38)h,肠鸣音康复时间为(23.41±11.18)h,均优于对照组的(42.05±10.18)h、(61.64±5.87)h及(41.16±10.52)h(P <0.05)。结论:对上消化道肿瘤术后患者行耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷干预,可有效降低不良反应发生率,提高疼痛改善率,改善术后康复指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint sticking in patients with upper gastrointestinal tumor after operation. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 51 patients with upper gastrointestinal tumor who received routine intervention were selected as control group, and from January 2017 to June 2018, 51 patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer who received auricular point sticking and acupoint sticking were selected as observation group. The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, pain improvement rate and rehabilitation indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2% which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of pain improvement in the observation group was 88% which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative exhaust time was(33.17±11.24) h, the defecation time was(46.21±5.38) h, and the bowel sound recovery time was(23.41±11.18) h, which was better than the control group [(42.05±10.18) h,(61.64±5.87) h and(41.16±10.52) h](P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupoint sticking for patients with upper gastrointestinal tumor can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, increase the rate of pain improvement, and improve postoperative rehabilitation indicators, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
