磷酸钇镨荧光粉的合成条件及发光性质研究

【摘要】 采用共沉淀法合成了一系列Y1-xPO4∶xPr3+ UVC杀菌用荧光粉,并用XRD、SEM以及发射光谱对荧光粉进行了表征。实验结果表明,样品为四方锆石晶体结构,Pr3+的掺杂并没有改变样品的晶型;与高温固相法相比,在相同条件下,共沉淀法得到的样品形貌较好,发光强度更高;在227 nm的激发光谱下,Pr3+的最佳掺杂摩尔浓度为0.01,最佳烧结温度为1150℃,烧结时间为2 h。样品的发射波段在UVC区域,最佳的发射波长为241 nm,特别适用于紫外杀菌。

【Abstract】 A series of Y1-xPO4∶xPr3+ UVC phosphors were synthesized by coprecipitation method and characterized by XRD, SEM and emission spectrum. The results show that the samples are tetragonal zircon crystal structure, and the doping of Pr3+ does not change the crystal form of the samples; compared with high temperature solid state method, the samples obtained by coprecipitation method have better morphology and higher luminescence intensity under the same conditions; under the excitation spectrum of 227 nm, the optimum doping molar concentration of Pr3+ is 0.01, and the optimum firing temperature is 1150℃ and the sintering time is 2 h. The emission band of the samples are in the UVC region, and the best emission wavelength is 241 nm, which is especially suitable for UV sterilization.
